Kristen Cook, CNM & ARNP

Registered nurse bringing the midwifery model of care to patients in the safety of the hospital setting

Kristen joined the All About Women team in July of 2016 after graduating from the University of Florida with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP), specializing in midwifery. Prior to joining us, she worked as a registered nurse (RN) in the Labor and Delivery unit at North Florida Regional Medical Center.

Kristen is both an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) and Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). She has special interests in contraceptive counseling and perinatal mental health. Kristen has a son and a daughter and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and their two dogs.

As a new mom myself, I understand the worries, stresses and fears expectant mothers face. I seek to provide compassionate care to every patient by offering advanced midwifery practices in a safe and relaxing setting. Ensuring the health of both mother and child is my top priority.
